These terms apply to online hardware sales by S.O.S. Door & Glass Services LLC doing business as S.O.S. Storefront Protection Shop.
Catalog information is for identification assistance only. Commercial door hardware is application-specific. Verify manufacturer, model, dimensions, handing, spindle, door type, and existing installation before ordering. If uncertain, text clear photos and measurements to 310-933-2600. Identification assistance does not replace field verification and does not create a fitness guarantee.
Special-order items are confirmed after checkout. Buying a part online does not include installation. Los Angeles-area installation is quoted separately by email.
Customer service and order replies are by email only: customerservice@emergencydoorandglassrepair.com. Do not contact the manufacturer or supplier.
Orders over $5,000 can be paid by ACH. Other orders use card checkout.
